from his 2000 debut album Payback Time. It peaked at number 5 in
the United Kingdom in January 2002 and subsequently he
performed it on BBC Television’s Top of the Pops. The song was
a four times platinum selling success in Denmark in 2000 peaking

at number-one on both the singles and dance chart before its
international release in 2002

The lyrics in songs such as Lollipop The Whistle Song and
Doggy Style which are known for their lyrical sexual innuendos

are not provided by DJ Aligator himself but are rather provided
by the Danish rapper Al Agami

DJ Aligator spells his name with one ‘L’ instead of the
traditional way of spelling it ‘alligator’
